How I Structured My First Team Project

Working on Absolute Cinema taught me how important structure is in team development. We had to keep tasks clear, communicate regularly, and make sure everyone understood the current project state.

What Worked Well

• Breaking features into small, trackable tasks.
• Using GitHub to manage code contributions and updates.
• Testing changes early before merging into shared code.

What I Learned Personally

I improved at planning my own work and explaining technical decisions. The project also helped me become more confident when collaborating with others.
